It was starting to get late and Kura's boss has been on her case all day. Clean this...clean that. She hasn't even had a break. However she was being pretty sneaky and there was a reason for that. However that reason was being really quiet right now thankfully. She continued down an empty hall in her uniform. She didn't mind the uniform much since she's seen what the strippers had to wear. It wasn't the worse looking thing but she would certainly never want to continue wearing it after she found a more permanent job.
She pushed her cart along to the bathroom and slowly walked in. This bathroom never was too bad and always seemed clean. But it was part of her job to make sure it stayed like that. She turned her cart and went into the bathroom. She began cleaning up and trying to hurry so that she could finally go home. Only to realize that some of the toilet paper looked as if it has mysteriously been chewed. She quickly let out a gasp and took it away and put in a new one. She began searching the bathroom looking for that little secret of hers.
Finally she spotted it. A little lamb that had been born only a few short days ago from one of the two sheep she had at home. She couldn't leave the poor thing home alone--especially with that mean neighbor who was ready to report her. So she took the lamb with her so that she could feed it at appropriate times and make sure it didn't make such a mess. What a mistake because now she had a lamb making a mess at work. If she got caught she could be in some serious trouble.
She picked up the lamb with one arm and kept it locked there. "Your going to get me in some trouble..."
she sighed as she finished up the job and placed the lamb on top of the cart. 'I'm tired...I haven't had lunch...and now this lamb is causing a mess for me. If everything goe's okay I can get out of here with the lamb and my pay check...' She gazed up at the bleating sheep for a moment as it curled up among the cleaning supplies. 'That's a big if...I'm just glad its not a busy day!' [/blockquote]

What were those people thinking? He was a dancer, not a whore. While he wasn't sure about just what the other employees did in their spare time with the customers, Gilbert, was not one to stoop to such levels. 'Not just everyone deserves to hang out with the awesome me,' he thought irritatedly to himself, 'So what makes them think I'd do that?' The German ran into the problem every so often, and it still angered him the same amount; extra services were not part of the job.. Or at least that's what he was told.
The end of the shift couldn't come fast enough, so as soon as the clock struck six, Gilbert practically jumped off the stage and rushed to get changed. Shy or prude weren't the words to describe him, at all, but the male thought to highly of himself to just let some random stranger take him home. Throwing open the door, he rushed into the bathroom and to the sink as he shoved the club's 'uniform' into his backpack. (Yes he brought a change of clothes in it, because there was no way in hell he would be caught walking down the street looking like a hooker.)
Gilbert had just tossed the bag onto the counter when a bleating noise was heard; 'What the..' Okay, that was weird. For a second the albino doubted his sanity, or maybe his anger had made him start to imagine things, but sure enough, he turned and saw a lamb laying on.. a cleaning cart? How didn't he notice that before.. Red-violet eyes trailed up until they landed on a person standing nearby. Scratch that, a woman, in the males' restroom. "Oi, what are you doing in here? Don't you know it's totally unawesome to just come into mens' bathroom like that?"
Gilbert smirked faintly, the person's face becoming slightly more familiar. 'Wait, she's that cleaning lady, isn't she?' Or at least he thought it was. There wasn't a lot of people on the cleaning crew during the day, and that would explain the cart. "If you wanted to see me that bad, all you had to do was ask~" Okay, so he didn't really know the girl personally, nor was he serious with what he said, but it was always fun to mess with people a little.

The lamb made a bleating noise streching her head towards what seemed to be a random dirrection. She continued this for a second before she rested her head on top of a roll of toilet paper. The lamb seemed to go in and out of conciousness but Kura didn't think much about it. Then she heard a voice and immidiatly turned bright red. She was after all in the mens bathroom and it wasn't like she was used to someone being inside while she was cleaning. Perhaps she should have locked the door or put the cart out in the hall while she was cleaning so people would have a warning not to come in.
She turned to face the man turning keeping that same light shade of pinik on her cheeks that showed no sign of leaving. Kura wasn't the kind to blush at everything but like said before...she was in the guy's bathroom and last time she checked she wasn't a guy. She was just happy she was wearing her uniform. If she mistaken this for the girl's bathroom then that would be humiliating! She wasn't sure what to say and feared that if she would open her mouth to speak that she'd say something really stupid.
"I...work here, I'm supposed to be cleaning.."
she explained glancing at her lamb. She was glad that he hadn't asked about her...yet that is. I mean why would someone bring a new born lamb to a club? Because it's too young to be with its parents next door to that one neighbor who complains too much. Plus Kura can be over protective. Then there was that small part of her that just wanted a pice of New Zealand with her. I mean, it could be worse she could have brought a kiwi! Thats when she would get in trouble. Ask? Kura wasn't exactly sure who this guy was. She wasn't the type to explore every single corner of the club. There were parts of this place that the islander didn't even want to know about and her boss respected that and wouldn't tell her what other spots of this club are that she has labled 'off limits.' However he did seem very familiar. Kura had seen some of the strippers before, so perhaps he was one of them? She was half tempted to ask but then thought that might be out of line. She tried to stop blushing and found that it was actually easy too...well almost..okay not really. "Uh.." Kura just wasn't sure how to respond. This is the point where spending most of her life with sheep didn't help. Maybe anti-social? That was not right. She was the kind of person who was sweet and could make friends with almost anyone if she tried. However there was her limits. If the person was mean or they didn't get along then they would see a whole new side to Kura nobody really gets to see because she isn't all that agressive. However all those days on the farm digging up paths and lifting heavy things did help out when it came to strength. "Well I think this is the awkward moment of the day," she laughed. "I....err....I'm Kura.." Okay what else could she say? She already felt stupid enough. Next she assumed he'd ask about the sheep. She prayed he wouldn't report her. If she ended up getting fired she'd have to go back too New Zealand...that is if her parent's send her money to go back! Bottom line... getting fired wasn't an option. [/blockquote]

Blushing? Of course she was. Gilbert couldn’t help but laugh quietly as he saw the faint pink on the other’s cheek, forgetting for a minute his dilemma before he came here. Score one for him? Oh, make that two, since she just confirmed his suspicions. “Kesese.. Thought so.” He raised an eyebrow at her uniform after a pause; she looked like anyone else in Vegas, minus the apron and the fact that anyone out on the street would have work a slightly shorter dress. Still, cleaning lady or not, the German didn’t remember anything about sheep being a part of the club. He crossed his arms and leaned back against the counter with a smirk still on his face, not intending to leave just yet.
“I don’t think sheep are part of the cleaning job though, no matter how awesome they are.” (Unbeknownst to the world, he had a bit of a soft spot for cute things, lambs included.)
Currently, Gilbert was rather amused. His earlier rantings were in the back of his mind, but not forgotten, as he looked at the other curiously. Come on now, this was Vegas, so how was she so innocent-sounding? ‘Oh well, it’s the innocent ones that are the funnest to play with~’ Even for an awesome albino like him, it did get tiring talking to people with only one things on their minds, and they often were confused or offended by his remarks.
Oh my, it was getting more difficult not to smirk more or laugh by now. The blond’s tongue-tied stare finally produced a scoff from the German until she finally spoke up again “Awkward?” he repeated some-what smugly. He noticed her avoidance of his earlier comment and couldn’t help but grin. “If that’s what you want to call it.” His expression didn’t falter as she offered her name, although he himself was surprised. People around here hardly ever gave a name, or a real one for that matter. (If that‘s what hers really was what she said it was, that is.) “Gilbert,” he replied quickly, clicking his tongue. “the awesome , at your service.”
As for him, he found it too much of a hassle to keep up with which fake name he gave to whom. That wasn’t the only issue, but there was also the fact that someone else would be given credit for anything he did, so why not just keep Gilbert, Gilbert?
“Hmm.. But why is this here?” His attention was brought back to the sheep, which was by now dozing softly amongst the other supplies. “Unless this is some sort of event I didn’t hear about, I think you’re breaking the rules.” It wasn’t hard to guess that ‘pets’ weren’t allowed at the club, at least not of the farm variety. He reached over and carefully patted the snoozing lamb on the head before turning back to Kura. “Like I said, awesome, but not allowed.” Gilbert thought over whether or not he should say something as he waited for a response: On one hand, she was breaking the rules, but on the other, he didn’t care, and actually encouraged a bit of rule-breaking in the workplace. “I shouuuuuuuuuuuld.. report you.” The albino’s smirk returned as he looked at the shorter girl, curious to see what her reaction would be even though he knew, he would probably not say a word.

Just as she thought, he asked a bout the lamb. Kura was quite for a long moment a little wide eyed. What excuse would she have to bring a sheep to work? I mean, a sheep...honestly it would sound very random to anyone else. But too Kura she's seen more people then sheep so it wasn't too odd for her. However they were in the middle of a large city. Kura coming from a farm didn't know that a lamb wasn't actually a pet to most people. Sheering them in the summer would be really hard especially since it wouldn't get too cold here. She wouldn't find much of a use for the wool. "Uhh....they aren't"
she said quietly. She wasn't sure what type of guy he was. Was he going to report her to her boss? Or would she have to beg him to keep his mouth shut about the lamb being here. She started to realize keeping it home was a lot safer then bringing it to work. However either way she had the potential to get in trouble with neighbors or just co-workers or even people who attend the club. "But you can't tell," she quickly added. "Please don't! I'll loose my job and my boss is already strict enough." Not getting a lunch break came to mind. She had to work right through her break just to keep up. By now her stomach was rumbling and complaining just begging for some food. She stared at him for a moment then smiled lightly hoping she didn't come off as pushy or mean. "Gilbert, that's a nice name~" she said almost compleatly forgetting about the lamb hoping he would do the same. It wouldn't work that easily though since the lamb began snoring forcing her presence to be known. Then he brought the lamb up again. Would she have to tell him the entire story? The rude neighbor who didn't know how to get along with sheep? Or the fact that this lamb was a little trouble maker. She didn't want to spill out all her emotions and tell him that she was home sick and needed a little part of New Zealand with her. That would just be way out of line. Besides, she just barley learned his name! Would you tell your inner feeling to a complete stranger? Sure, sometimes it's easy but maybe with a theripist. However this wasn't a place for theripist's office. This was a club with strippers, weird rooms that Kura had labled off-limits for herself, and bosses who don't give lunch breaks. "Uhh, well no...but please, I can't lose my job! Otherwise I'm going to have to leave and go back to New Zealand. Ahh, I can't go back either...My parents wouldn't be too happy...promise you wont tell? Pleeeaaase?" Kura wasn't exactly ready to get on her knees and beg but she hoped he'd be sympathetic and not tell anyone. She really cared about her sheep and she didn't really see many around here. In fact besides her own she saw none! Maybe if he told her boss would be sympathetic and just give her a warning? She wasn't the kind to threaten but if she lost another lunch break that wouldn't exactly be a thing that her boss' boss would want too here, now was it? Oh let's face it, that was probably by choice. She could have had lunch if she wanted too. She just worked instead hoping her boss would notice and be a little nicer. "Please?" she repeated.
